Donation application procedure
The mission of organizations and institutions wishing to submit an application must fall within the following areas:
- Success and school perseverance
- Families, women, immigrants and elders
- Healthy lifestyle and food security

Organizations and representatives wishing to submit an application must complete and submit the form to this effect. All applications for donations and sponsorships must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that all applications sent without the form will not be selected for evaluation.
Applications are analyzed according to guidelines governing the community commitment and social investment program, as they appear in the Guide for partners.
Each application is evaluated by an internal evaluation committee made up of Valero Energy employees. Given the increasing number of applications we receive, please allow 4 to 8 weeks following the submission of the funding application, to receive the committee's decision. A written response confirming Valero's decision will be sent to the project applicant.
