Commissioned in December 2012, Valero Energy's pipeline Saint-Laurent (PSL) is a 250 km underground pipeline linking the Jean Gaulin Refinery in Lévis to the Montreal East storage and distribution terminal.
The pipeline is safe and respectful of the environment. It carries on an ongoing basis various refined petroleum products such as transportation fuels, strengthening Valero Energy's ability to serve its market.
